Live Arts Mission

Forging Theater and Community

The Live Arts mission statement describes a process, not an end. We forge with passion, melding the disparate raw materials of theater and community. We change and grow together, shaping both a theater and community. We know of no better way to deepen our understanding of ourselves and the human condition.

“I’ve been singing for about 3 years now and the Live Arts Musical Theater Camp was one of the best experiences ever.  I’m definitely going back next year.”

Tiffany, Age 12

“At camp I learned that there are different ways of being funny —acting, just talking, and telling jokes. What I liked best about the camp was how you can meet new people.”

—Victoria, Age 8

“The confidence – that my girls had being on the stage – was a joy to see.  They adored their counselors!”
